GreetReady privacy
Privacy notice
This notice explains the main information flows in the GreetReady public website, registration, owner workspace, staff surfaces and customer reception experience.
Registration and account information
During registration, GreetReady handles your ABN, email confirmation and mobile verification. They are used to confirm the business and account, and for trial eligibility, abuse prevention and account security.
Other information we handle
Depending on the feature used, GreetReady may handle business and location details, owner and staff account details, configured services and capabilities, and customer booking or queue details such as a given name and mobile number.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the platform, operate the correct store experience, match service capability with availability, manage bookings or queues, support authorised users and meet applicable obligations.
Stores and service providers
The relevant store controls its customer and operating information. GreetReady may use authorised infrastructure and communications providers to run the service. Access is limited by role and store where the product supports it.
Shared devices and customer care
Customer contact details entered on a shared kiosk should not be saved or autofilled on that device. Store teams should keep administrator access private and follow their own privacy, retention and customer-notice obligations.
Access, correction and questions
For information supplied to a store, contact that store first. Account users can ask their store owner or platform administrator about account access. The Contact page shows whether a direct GreetReady platform email is currently published.
