Platform terms
These plain-language terms describe the GreetReady trial and the responsibilities that come with using its business, staff and customer surfaces.
30-day free trial
The public registration flow offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required and this flow does not start automatic billing. Automatic trial eligibility is available once per ABN and once per verified mobile number. This eligibility limit does not prevent a later paid service or separately approved access.

You must be authorised to register or manage the business and the locations you add. Keep sign-in details private, assign only appropriate roles and promptly remove access that is no longer required.
Accurate store configuration
The store is responsible for keeping services, staff capabilities, trading hours, location details, notices and availability settings accurate. Preview the customer experience before publishing it.
Bookings, payments and health funds
GreetReady supports reception and booking workflows. The store remains responsible for service delivery, prices, payment, suitability decisions and any health-fund eligibility or rebate verification.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another store, upload unlawful material or use customer information outside the purpose for which it was collected.
Availability and changes
Online services can experience maintenance, provider outages and unexpected failures. GreetReady may change the product or these terms as the service develops. Where a direct platform contact is configured, it is published on the Contact page.
